Job Overview Seeking a dedicated and visionary leader for a close-knit community committed to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and nurturing the whole child in a Christ-centered environment. The Principal will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to inspire students to become lifelong learners and faithful followers of Christ. Duties Leadership & Vision: Provide spiritual, educational, and administrative leadership to foster a Christ-centered culture. Spiritual Leadership: Lead in creating a spiritually enriching atmosphere for students, staff, and families. Guide the integration of faith into all aspects of the school's life. Academic Excellence: Oversee the implementation of a strong academic curriculum that integrates biblical principles, ensuring that students achieve high academic standards. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, discipline, and school policies. Answers to the School Board in areas of school policy and governance. Staff Development: Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing guidance and support to enhance instructional practices. Enrollment and Outreach: Actively work to increase enrollment by engaging with the local community and promoting the school's mission and values. Community Engagement: Engage with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote fundraising initiatives and community involvement. Professional Development: Lead professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in education administration and classroom management. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in senior leadership roles within an educational setting. Strong background in budgeting and financial management within a school context. Demonstrated ability to manage staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration. Experience working directly with students in an educational capacity is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with various stakeholders. Knowledge of current educational trends, policies, and best practices in teaching and learning. Fundraising experience is highly desirable to support school initiatives.
