Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Representative will provide complex accounting support, including data analysis and high-volume invoice processing.&

This role requires handling supplier statement reconciliation, managing invoice inquiries, and leading accounting projects such as audits.&

The Senior Accounting Representative will collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice issues and ensure efficient operation.&

This position involves coaching team members and may act as a lead in the absence of the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide complex accounting support, including data analysis, processing high-volume invoices, and reconciling supplier statements
Lead, plan, and execute accounting projects, including internal, external, year-end, and SOX audits
Respond to high-volume invoice inquiries from suppliers and employees in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and bring invoices to closure
Provide coaching and guidance to team members
Act as a lead in the absence of the manager
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
