Ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, efficient self-starter with working knowledge of QuickBooks.


Primary Responsibilities as a member of CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services):
• Full cycle accounting
• Quickbooks Consulting and Advisory
• General Ledger Review and Clean Up
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Adjusting Journal Entries and Month End Close
• Payroll
• Sales Tax Preparation
• Tangible Tax Returns
• Financial Statement preparation (Compiled and/or Management Reports)
• Direct advisory role with multiple clients and industries providing guidance to improve their internal accounting processes



Hiring Profile
• Prior CPA firm experience preferred
• 3+ years of strong bookkeeping experience
• Solid hands on knowledge of financial statements and how they relate to one another
• Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks is required (Desktop and Online)
• Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-starter, takes initiative
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Willingness to excel and exceed project and task goal expectations
