Responsibilities:


• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management

• Manage all communication related to meetings, conference calls, and invitations

• Create detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas

• Carry out day-to-day tasks such as following up on pending administrative work and responding to inquiries

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports

• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence, Executive Meetings, Staff scheduling, Team scheduling, Scheduling, Administrative experience, Administrative Assistance, Administrative skills, Expense Reporting, Prepare Expense Reports, Process Expense Reports

• Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings.
  • Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
