We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in the hospitality industry in New York, New York. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity where the individual will be primarily responsible for managing professional calendars, maintaining brand consistency across social media platforms, and providing comprehensive support to the company's operations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize professional calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee and update all social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and effective implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Provide comprehensive support to the daily activities and operations of the company.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and external contacts, facilitating effective communication.
• Assist in coordinating, planning, and executing daily activities and operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence to optimize job functions.
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company's financial health.• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Advanced skills in Cisco Webex Meetings
• Experience with Concur software
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System and About Time
• Strong calendar management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle conference calls effectively
• Experience in managing correspondence in a professional environment
