We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to two Managing Directors and senior leadership for an outstanding Private Equity firm. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to two Managing Directors, as well as 1-2 additional senior team members.
  • Oversee complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for key executives.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with key connections, potential LPs, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle high-level communication, ensuring timely and effective responses in a high-intensity private equity environment.
  • Manage special projects, including event planning, travel reservations, and personal requests as needed.
  • Utilize technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Anticipate executives' needs, arrange reservations, organize gifts, and handle special projects as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
  • Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years in a high-level Executive Assistant role.
  • A strong understanding of private equity, finance, or legal environments is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discern appropriate tone and style. Over-communication is preferred over under-communication.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to follow up with clients or stakeholders as needed.
  • Forward-thinking and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and anticipate the needs of the executives.
  • Works independently and knows when to take initiative, willingness to go above and beyond is critical in this role.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to grasp the intensity and velocity of the private equity world are essential.
  • You are someone who thrives in high-pressure environments.
