Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant for a client in the Downtown Cincinnati area. Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience along with the ability to work a part time schedule of 15 hours per week during normal office hours. This position is a long-term temporary role that will last between 3 and 6 months. Pay for this position will range between $25 and $33/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, reconciling personal and professional calendars, and managing correspondence to ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, ensuring the President and other members of the Executive Team are well-prepared for all priority engagements.
  • Execute research into marketing thought leadership, articles, etc. for executive team to share proactive insights with clients.
  • Act as the Presidents liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and timely communication.
  • Be the point of contact for the Cincinnati office.
  • Plan, support, local company activities to support our team.
  • Cross-office coordination
  • Acquire office badge access to NY / LA office for traveling employees.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, while considering time zones and optimizing efficiency for President and other members of the leadership team
  • Assist in expense management, tracking, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies for President and other members of the leadership team.
  • Support the Agency Leadership Team in various strategic initiatives, projects, and events. May include event planning, research, data analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with staff, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, representing the President and Agency Leadership in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent executive support experience
  • Excellent communication skills bot written and verbal.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in downtown Cincinnati.
