Executive Assistant


LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Executive Assistant for a Non-Profit client in the Cincinnati area. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of C-Level support and strong administrative skills. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $25 and $27/hr.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other high-level events.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
