Purpose:
The Executive Assistant to CEO Somia Farid Silber plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of her daily activities and supporting the broader leadership team's ability to focus on strategic objectives and goals. This highly valued position is critical in managing Somia’s complex schedule, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling high-level communications with professionalism and care.
Location: This position will be onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO's complex calendar, requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging intricate domestic and international travel, including accommodations and reservations, ensuring seamless itineraries
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and kindness in all interactions
- Assisting the CEO and Chief of Staff in preparing high-level presentation materials for executive meetings as needed, including sending pre-read materials to ensure the CEO is well-informed ahead of key meetings
- Assisting in project management by prioritizing tasks, managing multiple initiatives, and following through in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrating exceptional communication skills and professional confidence while working closely with senior leadership
- Handling confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion
- Supporting personal tasks, including scheduling personal appointments, dry cleaning, personal travel, and supporting household-related needs
- Coordinating and managing office lunches, including ordering meals for meetings and team events, ensuring all dietary preferences are accommodated
- Supporting other executives with ad-hoc support & requests as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in managing complex calendars and executive meetings with precision and efficiency
- Experience arranging domestic and international travel, including commercial and private aviation logistics
- Proficiency in creating polished PowerPoint presentations and supporting senior leadership with content development
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexible and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and last-minute requests
- Proactive in finding solutions, anticipating needs, and handling challenges with minimal direction
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring smooth operations and polished deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
