We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in College Park, Georgia. This role plays a key part in our operations, with responsibilities including managing and coordinating the schedules of senior personnel, drafting and preparing important documents, and facilitating interdepartmental communication within the municipal industry.
Responsibilities
• Manage and organize the schedules of senior members including arranging meetings, appointments, and events
• Develop and revise procedures and systems by analyzing current practices and implementing necessary changes
• Draft and prepare various types of correspondence including memos, letters, and reports
• Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Attend council and committee meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
• Efficiently manage files, documents, and archives, ensuring that information is kept confidential and secure
• Collaborate with various municipal departments to facilitate interdepartmental communication and projects
• Utilize skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence to perform tasks effectively.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings
• Familiarity with Concur software
• Knowledge of CRM tools and practices
• Ability to use Kronos Timekeeping System
• Experience with About Time software
• Skills in Calendar Management
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in managing Conference Calls
• Proficient in handling Correspondence tasks
