Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an executive assistant at our Austin office, located 1 mile southwest of downtown Austin. The executive assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, and be responsible for daily operational tasks, utilizing analytical skills to support our team of brokers and agents, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication within the team. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional (or soon-to-be licensed) with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong understanding of residential real estate processes a plus. Examples of what you will do: · Work with brokers and agents to support their sales and lease transactions from beginning to end. · Prepare, review, and process contracts, disclosures, and other real estate documents. · Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, records, and documents. · Provide administrative support for property showings, open houses, and events. · Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients, contractors, and service providers. · Manage inbound calls and voicemail · Maintain office supplies, signage, and branded merchandise inventory · Oversee email, phone calls, and calendar management for the team leader and agents. · Organize office ensuring professional presentation for visitors · Track expenses, create vendor invoices, and receive credit card payments · Organize property tours for agents and their clients · Visit properties and · Show properties to clients and prospects (occasional evenings and weekends required) Qualifications · Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment that is rarely routine · Be able to think on your toes and find creative ways to pool resources and solve problems as they arise · Bring energy and passion to your work · Be highly organized and detail oriented · Have proven track record of honesty and integrity · Be someone who our clients and agents can trust and count on · Be an EXCELLENT communicator both written and verbally · Tech savvy and quick learner · Motivated to excel and build a career for yourself · Bachelors degree · Texas Real Estate License or ability to earn your license within 6 months of employment · Previous experience in residential real estate sales This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow a career in business management while learning the fast-paced residential real estate industry from the ground up.
