The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and provide additional support to the executive team. This role requires the ability to manage high-level administrative tasks and maintain streamlined processes that ensure the organization operates efficiently. The Executive Assistant will coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics for the senior leadership team while managing internal and external resources to expedite workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s professional and personal schedule, including agendas, emails, phone calls, and client management
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, calendar management, and flow of information to senior executives
  • Organize travel logistics for senior executives, including accommodations and transportation
  • Provide general administrative support, such as spreadsheet creation, filing, and database management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Organize internal and external team communications and event planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office) and ability to learn new software
  • Adaptable, flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information
