Our VERY busy sign and graphics company has recently moved into our new Headquarters, and have an immediate opening for one of our key positions. This full time Sr. Executive Assistant position is an opportunity for the right person to step into a multi-million dollar producing, award winning, well oiled machine of a team. Key Responsibilities of this position:

  • We often call this position the "GLUE that keeps us all together" because it is such a wide-spread responsibility set. Please only apply if you think you can handle this!
  • You will be the direct Executive Assistant to the President of the company. No sugar coating here, this is no easy task and is only meant for the strongest candidates!
  • Keep track of busy and constantly adjusted calendar for appointments offsite as well as meetings in our office
  • Full travel arrangement experience required (airline flights, rental car, hotel...etc.)
  • Calendar Organization a MUST! (this is serious... we have a Leadership team that thrives on organization and we greatly value the person who helps keep it all together!)
  • 100% responsible for timely response to every phone call made to the CEO. These are both VIP clients and new business opportunities that will all be vetted directly through you.
  • We are only hiring highly capable computer experienced people. In fact, we lean more towards needing a tech savvy person who is eager to learn our 15+ platforms and become a key resource to help train our team.
  • Prepare to be asked in the interview about how you will help your coworkers better organize their day.
  • We take great pride in being nearly paperless... are you organized AND very efficient with computers?
  • Random karaoke singing in the middle of the day is a bonus.
  • You will have an office staff behind you every day. Full trained and capable admins, designers and production team to give you the confidence in every project you are a part of.
  • Self-proclaimed quick learner. You do not need an engineering degree to understand our product line, and we expect you to become an expert.
  • VERY Competent with curating content and creating presentations for internal staff meetings and external clients alike.
  • Excel spreadsheet Experts move to the top of the list!
  • General office tasks - filing, organizing, cleaning and customer service for your group of clients
  • Energy a MUST! We are not looking for quiet reserved telemarketers! You will not be hidden in a closed office! We will be basing our hiring choice on experience, confidence and ENERGY!

You definitely like coffee, but bring your own personal spark when you get into work in the morning (and are never late). You have at least 5 years experience organizing and supporting a team. YOU LOVE KNOWING YOU HAVE AN IMPACT FOR OTHERS.
