Our client is a global investment office. They build long-term portfolios for their clients that invest across a range of traditional and alternative asset classes. Currently, they are looking to add an Executive Assistant - Financial Services to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$95k - $115k plus 10% Bonus & Profit Sharing
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant - Financial Services is responsible for diverse administrative and business management activities in support of top executives. The nature of these responsibilities requires a highly professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to manage confidential information. This position will have a daily interface with all levels of internal management and staff.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant - Financial Services:
- Heavy calendar management.
- Order supplies.
- Interface with internal departments and externals to schedule and organize appointments, conference calls, and events, in-house and external meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for various events and meetings.
- Organize all phases of extensive travel arrangements including air, hotel, and ground transportation providing organized, detailed travel itineraries.
- Track and document all business expenses via Concur Expense Reports.
- Heavy phone management.
- Produce various communications, including letters, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Executive-level Administrative Assistance experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Financial or Professional Services work background a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
