Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Description Summary: Coordinate marketing, research, and financial analysis efforts, as it relates to marketing packages; create marketing packages. Compile information to be used in periodic landlord leasing activity reports. Prepare market surveys. Organize transition documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc., to ensure that all parties have copies of required documents. Handle client contact, including database management. Coordinate property tour packages (does not conduct the tours). Compile information for marketing activity reports for broker teams. Abstract leases and draft proposals with direction from supervising C&W real estate professional. Update Pipeline/draft RTDs for supervising C&W real estate professional review. Perform other administrative tasks required by C&W to facilitate the transaction of C&W’s real estate business. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance or Real Estate 2+ years of Real Estate/related industry experience Proven marketing/graphic design capabilities Financial analysis and/or research experience preferred Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite Intermediate proficiency in desktop publishing software Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop Advanced communication skills Advanced project management skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles Physical Requirements: Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays Compensation:
