The Executive Director will also be expected to maintain strong communication with the Board, manage day-to-day operations, and foster a diverse and equitable organizational culture. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree, with a preference for ten or more years in a strategic leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a background in nonprofit, public, or corporate sectors, with experience in government relations and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role requires a passionate individual with a proven track record in fundraising, excellent relationship management skills, and a hands-on leadership style. The Executive Director will be expected to work closely with the Board to set the organization's strategic direction, ensure fiscal integrity, and build and retain a talented team.
