About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for the McGraw Center for Educational Leadership. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, collaborative leader with a strategic vision and a hands-on approach to driving initiatives that advance leadership development across various educational sectors. This role requires an action-oriented individual who is committed to ensuring impact through both strategic planning and direct engagement in program execution. The Executive Director will be responsible for elevating the McGraw Center to become a premier hub for educational leadership resources nationwide and enhancing the global reputation of the institution in this area. Key responsibilities include leadership and strategy development, program design and oversight, stakeholder engagement, resource development, and thought leadership in educational leadership. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Master's degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent preferred) and at least 7 years' of leadership experience in educational, nonprofit, or corporate settings. The role demands a candidate with a strong track record in program development, excellent relationship-building skills, and a history of success in securing substantial funding. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget management, a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and strong communication skills to serve as a public advocate and thought leader. The Executive Director will also be expected to collaborate with faculty experts to drive research initiatives and advocate for evidence-based policies that advance equitable leadership in education.
