About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a premier early childhood education center with a strong commitment to inclusive education, exceptional child development programs, and family partnerships. The successful candidate will be a visionary and inspiring leader, passionate about early childhood education, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive and engaging community for children, families, and staff. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences, promoting a culture of safety and excellence, and representing the school in policy initiatives. The Executive Director will also be responsible for school's financial health, daily operations, and facilities management, and must have a strong commitment to creating and maintaining a nurturing environment for all. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of five years of experience in early childhood education, with at least three years in a leadership or administrative role, and meet the Program Director qualifications for the local area. Strong financial acumen, experience with budgeting, and knowledge of state licensing requirements are essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational management, and a deep understanding of childhood development principles, including special education. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will be able to build trust and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including families and the broader community.
