Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the program activities assigned. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Research Operations, the Program Manager is responsible for leading the central administrative aspects of the Research Operations PeopleSoft ERP Program. Projects within the Research Operations PeopleSoft ERP Program may be complex, multi-department, multidisciplinary, requiring collaboration with a range of internal and external partners. Responsible for maintaining all operational and administrative aspects of the project and will act as the designated point of contact for project issues within Research Operations. Will include leading project teams and using effective project management tools to guide project efforts to achieve desired project outcomes. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

5+ years of progressive experience in a related field (or Master’s Degree with 3+ years experience); project management experience in healthcare or a technology environment or related field preferred. Proven experience in managing ERP projects, specifically PeopleSoft, with an understanding of its technical and functional aspects preferred. The ability to effectively work across systems internally is required. Exceptional program and project management skills, encompassing the full project lifecycle. Able to manage day-to-day activities to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans and actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex system issues and driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to collaborate and manage change in operational and business development areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint). Education/Licensure/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Scale Information $76,128.00-$137,030.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
