Legal Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing programs and initiatives aimed at building the firm's profile, both in general and within specific practice areas and industry groups. Draft and assemble materials for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pitches, and client presentations. Help coordinate and support firm events, including webinars, teleconferences, seminars, and speaking engagements. Coordinate and manage practice group events and sponsorships. Work with the team to organize and execute events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Conduct research on potential clients, industries, competitors, and market trends. Assist in compiling information for directory submissions (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal 500). Use available databases, including Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing systems, to support research, business development, and pitch tracking. Maintain and update marketing materials, such as practice group profiles, attorney biographies, and PowerPoint presentations. Contribute to the creation of publications like newsletters, alerts, and client communications. Assist with preparing briefing materials for partner/client meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences. Leverage Salesforce (CRM) and Pardot (or equivalent marketing automation tools) to track and report on marketing campaigns, pitches, and event participation. Ensure accuracy in data management across various platforms and systems. Provide general administrative support to the marketing and business development team.
