that boasts a +10-year mine life. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, join our esteemed team on the convenience of a 5/2/4/3 (9 hour shifts)
residential roster. The successful applicant will assist in developing, implementing, governing, and improving the framework to manage contractors at KCGM and must reside in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Region. Here’s what awaits you: Implement safety practices to ensure all contractor work is performed safely including compliance with orientation and training before any work has commenced. Ensure contractor responsibilities and boundaries of authority are clearly communicated and assist in monitoring contractor performance by carrying out contractor review activities (inclusive of KPI reports and contractor system management audits). Support Company efforts to ensure contracted services do not add to or increase facility operational risks and manage the interface/s between contractors. Family friendly residential roster ensuring you are home every weekend. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Experience:
The successful candidate will have previous experience or significant exposure to contractor management with strong communication skills and a high level of strategic and critical work planning. Qualifications:
A Current Unencumbered Western Australian ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence. (A tertiary commercial qualification and experience with maintenance and shutdown planning would be highly regarded).
