Duties Manages the Parking Garage. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

One year probationary period may be required

Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.

Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required.

Qualifications

1 year of managerial/supervisory experience to include scheduling, payroll, coaching, discipline and training of staff.

Skilled at being able to troubleshoot, analyze data, making business based decisions, providing customer service and following up on customer complaints.

Work experience in managing cost controls in order to meet budget requirements and presenting to senior level management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work experience in parking operations to include stall allocations and parking management systems.

Experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity in a unionized environment.

Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
