Are you passionate about clean beauty, spa management, and franchise operations?

Sugar Sugar

is looking for a dynamic leader to join our growing team in a multi-faceted role that combines the responsibilities of Spa Director, Franchise Compliance Officer, Franchise Trainer, and Operations Officer. This unique position will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our expanding clean beauty franchise network. You will be an important piece in our continued expansion. (Currently 52 locations sold.) But we are also a culture of personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Director

Oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate-owned

Sugar Sugar

locations, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Implement and maintain spa policies and procedures, focusing on the delivery of exceptional clean beauty services, including

Comfort Sugaring , organic spray tanning, and vegan facials.

Manage staffing and overall team performance to ensure top-tier client experiences and operational excellence.

Franchise Compliance

Ensure all franchise locations comply with

Sugar Sugar 's policies, standards, and procedures, particularly in areas of cleanliness, service quality, and customer care.

Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to verify adherence to the company’s clean beauty philosophy and operational guidelines.

Collaborate with franchisees to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Franchise Trainer

Lead comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage their

location effectively.

Provide ongoing training and development support to franchise teams, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and business management.

Develop and update training materials that reflect industry best practices and the evolving needs of

Sugar Sugar 's services and operations.

Franchise Operations

Oversee the strategic growth and operational success of the

Sugar Sugar

franchise network, ensuring smooth integration of new franchisees into the brand.

Drive operational improvements and standardization across all franchise locations to maintain consistent quality and profitability.

Work closely with the executive team to execute the company’s vision and growth strategy, managing initiatives to enhance franchise performance and expansion.

Qualifications:

Any combination of: Proven experience in spas, franchise operations, or a similar leadership role within the beauty or wellness industry.

You must be driven, and not afraid of a challenge.

Strong understanding and ability to coach a team to build revenue.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and understanding a must.

Ability to work cross-functionally with franchisees, corporate teams, and external partners.

Passion for clean beauty and a commitment to upholding

Base business acumen and the ability to understand budgets and operational strategies.
