Tim's Fences is hiring: Master Fence Installer in Houston

We are seeking a skilled Experienced Fence Installer with welding expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of fences (wood, chain link, vinyl, ornamental metal), and be proficient in welding to fabricate and reinforce metal components. This role requires strong fence installation techniques and welding skills, working efficiently on both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various fences with welding for metal components.
• Use MIG, and Stick welding techniques for fabricating gates, posts, rails, etc.
• Measure, cut, and align materials for proper installation.
• Dig post holes, set posts, and ensure proper fence alignment.
• Assemble and install components using hand and power tools.
• Assess and repair existing fences, providing upgrade recommendations.
• Communicate with clients, offering expert advice on materials and designs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Meet project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven fence installation experience with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Experience with hand and power tools for installation.
• Strong knowledge of fence types and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
