Job Title: Business Analyst III Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Story Behind the Need Business Group & Key Projects: Heads down work but plenty of collaboration and lively atmosphere Typical Day in the Role: Working under Support Engineering Team (Customer support team) for higher tech at Client About 700 tickets a week 1st line of defense in support Analyzing customer issues (pain points against system record), validation Sending ticket to proper team to triage issue Working heavily in dashboards (Tableau, etc) with SQL querying Utilizing data to help alleviate paint points and checking if others have the same issue Working with AWS QuickSite Ad-hoc Chime calls Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition: Many 1st-party application learning Ability to learn the business problems and work with both customers and engineers, giving engineering or product manager possibilities Candidate Requirements: Dive Deep, Ownership Needs to speak fluent English Interpersonal Communication Skills Top 3 must-have hard skills: Excel (Pivot tables, etc.) Basic SQL queries Automated dashboards TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
