Pay rate range - $48/hr. to $50/hr. on W2 Must Have Excel (Pivot tables, etc.) Basic SQL queries Automated dashboards Requirement Working under the Support Engineering Team (Customer support team) for higher-tech. About 700 tickets a week 1st line of defense in support Analyzing customer issues (pain points against system record), validation Sending a ticket to the proper team to triage the issue Working heavily in dashboards (Tableau, etc) with SQL querying Utilizing data to help alleviate pain points and checking if others have the same issue Working with AWS QuickSite Ad-hoc  calls Leadership Skills Dive Deep, Ownership Needs to speak fluent English Interpersonal Communication Skills
