Middleby Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a focus on Infor XA deployments. This role will involve working closely with both Divisional key users, internal resources, and third-party resources to ensure all functional modules are deployed following best practices and in an optimal, standard fashion.

Note: This role is located onsite in Lodi, WI.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Perform quality assurance / peer reviews of all development efforts in accordance with standard SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) framework.
• Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Work with a cross functional team of internal resources and external partners to optimize and enhance our integrations and the overall use of the XA platform.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal Governance and Middleby EAS departmental processes.
• Report on common sources of functional and technical issues and make recommendations to improve.
• Work with Middleby divisions to drive best practices and support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Establish and enforce project governance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of ERP project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience leading large scale XA deployments, with a strong understanding of supply chain, APS/MRP, and accounting modules in the Infor XA product preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in eliciting user requirements and facilitating end user testing.
• Experience in leading business process transformation efforts, focused on the utilization of the XA platform, and analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Demonstrated experience in writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of IBM iServer (AS400) for command execution is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and process documentation.
• Solution oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
• Provide cross-functional team support to the divisions.
• Strong team player, with a dynamic personality who possesses the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Prior large, public organization experience preferred.
