This role will involve working closely with both Divisional key users, internal resources, and third-party resources to ensure all functional modules are deployed following best practices and in an optimal, standard fashion.Note: This role is located onsite in Lodi, WI.Responsibilities Include:Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Perform quality assurance / peer reviews of all development efforts in accordance with standard SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) framework. Define reporting and alerting requirements. Work with a cross functional team of internal resources and external partners to optimize and enhance our integrations and the overall use of the XA platform. Assist in the development and maintenance of internal Governance and Middleby EAS departmental processes. Report on common sources of functional and technical issues and make recommendations to improve. Work with Middleby divisions to drive best practices and support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Establish and enforce project governance standards, policies, and procedures.Lead efforts to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of ERP project delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.Experience leading large scale XA deployments, with a strong understanding of supply chain, APS/MRP, and accounting modules in the Infor XA product preferred. Demonstrated experience in eliciting user requirements and facilitating end user testing. Experience in leading business process transformation efforts, focused on the utilization of the XA platform, and analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions. Demonstrated experience in writing SQL queries. Knowledge of IBM iServer (AS400) for command execution is preferred. Strong written, verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and process documentation. Solution oriented with strong critical thinking skills. Provide cross-functional team support to the divisions.
