Planning Exercise Lead: Technician / Project Manager

Planning Exercise Lead: Technician / Project Manager Position shall meet the following minimum qualifications: Position requires a SECRET security clearance and meets requirements in accordance with AR 25-1 and AR 25-2. Must have at least 8 years experience within the past 11 years planning and engineering diverse voice and data communication systems into interoperable tactical or strategic networks supporting international exercises, contingency plans and operational plans. At least two of these years must have been as a senior exercise lead. Must have experience by providing C4 planning support and assessing theater Army, higher, lower, supported, and supporting OPORDs and FRAGOs for command, control, communications, computers, and information impacts; develop, publish, and distribute the signal annex of theater army OPLANs and CONPLANs.
