We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our HR department, providing crucial support in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be able to work independently and take initiative.


Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, addressing inquiries and providing HR policy guidance.

• Play a key role in the hiring processes, including the processing of applications and the monitoring of candidate progress.

• Conduct routine data analysis and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and address any issues as they arise.

• Utilize your strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships within the team and the wider organization.

• Leverage your experience with Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

• Use your skills to manage payroll processes.

• Take a proactive approach to employee relations, addressing any issues and promoting a positive work environment.

• Use your knowledge of HCM to manage and develop talent within the organization.

• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business needs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role

• Experience in using payroll and timekeeping software

• Solid understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management)

• Expertise in Benefit Functions within a HR context

• Exceptional Communication skills

• Strong knowledge of Compliance within the HR field

• Proven track record in managing Employee Relations

• Familiarity with various Hiring Processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
