based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. As the Strategy and Insights Director for our International & Ingredients (I&I) business, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our International Branded and Global Ingredient footprint and maximizing value across diverse markets. You will lead the development and execution of international strategies, leveraging insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making and capitalize on growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of I&I, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful implementation of international initiatives. A Day in the Life... Lead Long-Range Planning (LRP) for International & Ingredients businesses, including segmented growth strategy, holistic investment plan, and key enablers across system, capabilities, & business models. Lead and deliver key strategic projects, in partnership with regional business and HQ cross functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Ops, R&D, Legal, Tax, HR, etc.) to accelerate I&I growth against LRP ambitions beyond today's business operations. Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats across international markets. Build I&I Insights Capabilities across macro, category, consumer/shopper, customers to enable the development and delivery of I&I growth strategy. Champion I&I strategic commercial capability with MD/GM and I&I Sales team (e.g. Go to market, Key Account/Franchise leadership, Occasion/Brand/Price/Package/Channel, TPO) and lead the I&I sales ops team to support the cross-regional commercial activities. Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Performance Management Routine for I&I businesses to ensure plan goals delivery in line with strategy. Identify the opportunities in, and lead the deployment of, process improvement and system needs, together with regional business teams and headquarter key functional teams. What We Are Looking For: 15+ years of experience in Enterprise/Business/Commercial Strategy Development, Insights & Analytics or Finance. Led Global/Multi-country strategy development and delivery. FMCG experience is required and exposure to both B2C and B2B is a plus. Business acumen understanding key macro, industry, business and financial metrics and drivers. Strong intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and analytical prowess. Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to articulate complex business questions and strategic implications. Strong leadership, collaboration, and ability to influence senior leaders at the global level. Inspire, motivate, develop team (direct and indirect). Experiences and knowledge in Sales / RGM / Commercial preferred.
