Shift: 4:00pm- 12:30am OR 2:00pm-10:00pm and Weekends

Location: Redmond, WA
Shift: 4:00pm- 12:30am OR 2:00pm-10:00pm and Weekends
Responsibilities
- Build, test, qualify, and produce next-generation spacecraft.
- Utilize innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology to solve manufacturing and engineering problems.
- Act as a lynchpin between production, development, tooling, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Lead production on the assembly line and new production introduction.
- Provide first-line support for technical challenges to the production team.
- Respond to, triage, and solve product issues that slow down factory throughput.
- Stand up new processes, equipment, and assembly lines to support build ramp.
- Make data-driven decisions at each step in the process.
- Familiarity with Low Rate Manufacturing Environments & New Product Introduction
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices & principles
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis Techniques such as Fishbone, Fault Tree, DMAIC, etc.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP software
- Experience with NX Unigraphics or similar CAD software
- Experience with Aerospace &/or Optical Manufacturing
- Experience with Python Programming Language
- Experience with Optical System Design & Optical Metrology
- Experience with Fiber Optic Systems
- Experience with Statistical Analysis Software such as Minitab
