Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience with various manufacturing technologies. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Conduct process engineering analyses to identify areas for improvement. Document all engineering changes and maintain accurate records of modifications. Experience Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, driving new product and process development from concept stages to scaled production Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex engineering challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various departments. Lean six sigma and experience in utilizing them in process improvement projects.
