As a Manufacturing Support Associate for our Performance Materials business unit you will build a meaningful career while supporting BASF’s Polyurethanes Systems House located near Clemson, South Carolina. During your straight day shift as a Manufacturing Support Associate, you will Provide administrative support to the Clemson manufacturing team, including scheduling and set up for meetings, arranging logistics for visitors, and creation of and maintenance for filing systems. Manage SAP production transactions including Goods Issues for all shipments from the site, generation of shipping schedules for cylinder/portable tank shipments, picking of deliveries and print shipping papers and promptly manage material returns. As a backup, you will manage inventory entries and processing of process orders for production, process cylinder batch combines for production and transfer of inventory into portable tanks and cylinders. You will become proficient in the returnable container SAP module, including resolving processing issues, impact of master data and training of others. Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management system to summarize and analyze data and generate production, environmental and safety reports. You will also generate QR codes for scanning use. Participate in the annual Physical Inventory and assist with analysis of inventory adjustments, which requires the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve quickly. Learn SAP transactions necessary to back-up most production and shipping transactional positions at the site. If you...
