Role Overview: Does your ideal job entail troubleshooting parts and finding repair solutions? If so, we are looking for you! In the Technician C role, you will apply your specific and related experiences to the testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. The Technician C regularly works from schematics, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions while utilizing basic test and measuring equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform testing of warranty parts and disposition them per the Warranty Parts Process.
- Conduct testing of components and systems for New Product Development or Product Improvement.
- Enter data accurately into databases, prepare reports, and log data into spreadsheets.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on failed components, identify failure modes and trends, and suggest corrective actions.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates Degree in Electro Mechanical / Electronics Engineering Technology preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, and other communications technologies.
- General knowledge of mathematical concepts such as Algebra and Trigonometry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
