We are offering a contract for a Customer Experience Specialist position in Richardson, Texas. The primary function of this role is to serve as the point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our products and resources, handling their inquiries, and managing their orders. This role also involves maintaining relationships with key accounts and various internal departments such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information to customers and sales team members about pricing, availability, order tracking, and product solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Proactively relay any unmet expectations to customers and sales agencies
• Assist customers with navigating our website and recognize opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products
• Process orders received through various channels, ensuring efficient order processing
• Monitor order activity and alert relevant staff of potential delivery issues
• Expedite delivery of selected orders as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and processes
• Complete specific training modules to develop and enhance product knowledge and understanding of processes, procedures, and protocols
• Contribute to open communication internally and externally to improve processing and service levels
• Support committed accounts and associated companies to ensure exceptional service delivery and resolution of issues.• Proven experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or similar role in customer service.
• Demonstrable understanding and skills in managing Purchase Orders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centered approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with industry's latest trends and willingness to stay updated.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, over weekends or on public holidays, if necessary.
