As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing information about our products, resolving customer inquiries, and managing orders efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information about our products to both customers and sales team members through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or fax.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely order delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling during customer interactions.
• Enter and manage orders received through various channels, ensuring efficient order processing.
• Monitor order activity and proactively address potential delivery issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and processes.
• Foster open internal and external communication and champion creative changes to improve processes and service levels.
• Support dedicated accounts and associated companies to deliver exceptional service and provide comprehensive solutions to issues.
• Adhere to established procedures to complete work and achieve performance objectives.
• Understand workplace hazards and take proactive measures to prevent and report potential issues.• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Strong understanding of customer service procedures and policies
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
