This year we are doing Vegas) In the office Mon-Thu and remote on Fridays The Position We’re looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will provide resourceful and personalized support to contribute to the overall efficiency of our business. You’ll manage communication, calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses. Additionally, you’ll help with portfolio management, events, and projects. We need someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail who can handle a dynamic workload. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as point of contact among executives, employees, external parties. Occasionally help with personal tasks as requested. Proactive Calendar Management Day to day scheduling, catching and resolving conflicts, rescheduling to accommodate ever-changing priorities. Thoughtful Travel Arrangements make travel as convenient and efficient as possible, based on individual preferences – while adhering to firm policies. Diligent Phone Coverage screening and directing calls, providing back up support as needed. Monthly Expense Reports accurately coding cash and credit card expenses in Concur. Liaise with Portfolio Companies coordinating board meetings and logistics, scheduling and managing recurring calls and meetings. Manage Signature Pages coordinate signatures (electronic and physical) and mailing of original documents. Provide Back Up Support to the Admin Team as needed; assist with events & team outings.
