About the Role
The Company seeks a Senior Vice President, Account Manager - Alternatives to play a pivotal role in promoting alternative investment products through key partnerships. This influential position is critical to advancing the company’s strategy in customized alternative investments, in line with our diversified approach to asset management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of a comprehensive product, marketing, and distribution strategy for the alternative investment business within the US Intermediary market. You will be the primary executive partner with US-based global firms and intermediary firms and platforms, working closely with sales teams to uncover and capitalize on opportunities to distribute alternative products.
This role requires a professional with a robust background in the industry, particularly in alternative investments, and a proven track record in managing relationships with home offices across intermediary channels. Candidates should have at least 15 years of direct industry and sales experience, focusing on alternative investments, coupled with success across wirehouse, private bank, IBD, and platform/aggregator channels.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of alternative investment strategies and a proven ability to drive in-market delivery of the company's alternative product suite. Critical leadership skills include the ability to produce results, effective communication and collaboration, and strategic thinking with a commercial focus.
We seek a highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company as a subject matter expert while enhancing our reputation as a leading asset management entity in alternatives. A strong academic background and relevant industry designations are preferred. Candidates should be prepared to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 if not already held.
