Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Finance Development Program Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. We're all about flexibility! This will be a
hybrid role
based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. The Finance Development Program is intended to develop talented, high-potential future leaders within our Finance function. The 36-month program allows for three, twelve-month rotations at both corporate and business levels within the organization. This three-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity for candidates to sharpen their technical and analytical skills, work with colleagues across various lines of the business and create meaningful impact. Program members begin their Ocean Spray careers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages self-directed learning and promotes accelerated growth. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support candidates in identifying their next role, as we build out the talent and capabilities of the Finance team at Ocean Spray.
A Day in the Life... Program Highlights Business Impact - Work on challenging and meaningful assignments across the Finance organization and Ocean Spray businesses, making a direct impact to the bottom line. Coaching and Development - Formal mentors will be assigned to provide advice and guidance throughout the program, aiding in the personal and professional growth of FDP's. Training - Throughout the program, you will develop functional knowledge and technical skills through a range of on-going training programs and in-person sessions. Team Projects - Collaborate with your peers on high-impact projects that provide exposure to a variety of businesses across the organization. Leadership Team Visibility - The FDP program is directly sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and FDP's will have the opportunity to interface with the Finance Leadership Team periodically throughout the program. Essential duties and responsibilities throughout the program may include:
Serve as a finance business partner for assigned team Provide comprehensive financial analysis and models for various requests Develop analytics to provide customer cost to serve and customer profitability Participate in the preparation and compilation of the Annual Operating Plan Update the forecast for assigned team based on business changes Support sales finance and trade planning in analysis/preparation of customer trade plan Participate in month-end/quarter-end close activities Prepare monthly financial reports and work with Business Partners to analyze results Participate in monthly business reviews Support the development of monthly reporting presentations to support executive management Assist with ad hoc projects as needed Program Timeline:
Program start date: August 2025 Expected program completion date: August 2028 What We Are Looking For: Full time student completing Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field A GPA of 3.0 or higher A minimum of one relevant internship Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Genuine interest in a robust 3-year rotational program Demonstrate strong time management skills with attention to detail and ability to set priorities Self-motivated and driven to learn Be a team player committed to the success of the team Positive attitude, proactive and driven with intellectual curiosity Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
