The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Youll work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing processes. This is a full-time on-site position with an annual salary range starting at $70,000.Company Offerings:

Core Responsibilities:
Lead a staff of 5 associates responsible for Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payables and Receivables
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform regular account reconciliations
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Ensure timely, accurate processing of weekly payroll, customer billing, and payment of invoices
Manage Accounts Receivables and Collections to ensure accurate accounting and timely collections
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support audit preparations and tax filing requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting and/or Management
2+ years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills with a willingness to learn each role to support staff as needed
Prior services industry experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
