We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in leading and managing projects that intersect with biotechnology and e-commerce domains. This role involves coordinating complex projects, integrating biotechnology processes with e-commerce platforms, and ensuring that all project goals align with business objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact solutions. Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, for biotechnology and e-commerce projects. Coordinate and monitor all phases of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery mitigating potential risks. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across biotechnology and e-commerce departments to gather requirements and define project objectives. Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any concerns or scope changes. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Biotechnology Integration: Manage projects related to the development, deployment, and optimization of biotechnology solutions within e-commerce platforms. Work with scientific and technical teams to ensure biotechnology processes are effectively integrated with e-commerce systems. Ensure compliance with biotechnology regulations and industry standards. E-Commerce Optimization: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of e-commerce platforms and features related to biotechnology products or services. Collaborate with developers, designers, and UX/UI specialists to improve the user experience and functionality of e-commerce solutions. Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements for both biotechnology and e-commerce operations. Develop and standardize project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze project outcomes and incorporate lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budget and allocate resources effectively. Track and report on project expenses and financial performance. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with biotechnology and e-commerce projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and address issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and change logs. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong background e-commerce projects in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries. In-depth knowledge of biotechnology processes, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
