Job Description
COMPENSATION: $21.00 - $24.00, Plus Benefits & 401K, HYBRID (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
Summary
The Legal Assistant supports the Compliance Department in performing various compliance administrative duties to maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies (ACHC and URAC).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Assist with maintaining policies and procedures and disseminate information to management and employees. Review new regulatory updates from Board of Pharmacies and state regulations. Collaborates with other departments to mitigate compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Conduct regular audits and analyze results. Maintains all licensed personnel licenses and ensures all CSI Pharmacy's state pharmacy licenses up to date. Assist in the release of patient health information. Complete special projects as assigned by the General Counsel. Qualification Requirements

Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, practical learning skills, enthusiasm, and an ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Education and/or Experience
Must have a bachelor's degree or master's degree. A minimum of two years of experience in a health care organization, specialty pharmacy and home health specific experience preferred. Significant exposure to ACHC and URAC.
