with deep ties to the High Country. This information technology position offers a starting salary of
$60,000/year ,

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
As an IT Systems Administrator on our support team, you'll be solving the hard problems and helping others learn. Our clients have a mix of physical on-prem servers with Hybrid Entra ID identities and full Azure deployments that you'll be working on. We deploy enterprise-grade networking equipment that you'll help maintain. We keep our support costs low by keeping our clients' equipment fresh, so you're never working on old, slow PCs or servers. We're on the cutting edge of technology, so you'll be constantly learning with us.
Because you can think on your feet, you are able to quickly address and resolve incidents and requests. With your top-notch organizational skills, you keep excellent notes and document resolutions within our ticketing system. By supporting our mission and allowing us to help more clients, they are empowered to thrive and employ more people in our community.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or better Recommended 4+ years of experience in a Systems Administration role Experience in deploying and maintaining Windows Desktop (ver. 10+) and Server Operating Systems (ver. 2012 R2, 2016, 2019+) required Experience in Active Directory and Group Policy required Experience in deployments of and migrations to Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Teams required Knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, UDP, VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS Knowledge of common hardware and networking troubleshooting steps
WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this full-time IT Systems Administrator position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm with one designated day off per week (either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and a one-hour lunch break.
