Overview E2 is hiring a GIS Specialist for aviation projects: Manages and maintains data related to GIS in support of Proposed Project definitions and analysis, including Indoors Information Model (IIM), develops GIS web applications and dashboards. QAQC of data for existing/proposed facilities and infrastructure. Build CADD standards compliance review, support as-built/O&M data delivery at closeout. Responsibilities Essential Job Duties 1. Specialist in GIS ARC Maps and GIS ARC Pro. 2. Familiar with terminals, roadways and airfields. 3. Works directly with the Logistics Program Manager to assist any reports and logistical needs. 4. Participates in the Project Evaluation Review Team (PERT) weekly meetings for all new airfield, landside and terminal projects to collect data needed for plotting logistical coordination. 5. Oversite of the GIS Team for all Airfield, Terminals and Roadways logistical coordination. 6. Prepares mapping deliverables in ArcPro and ArcMap for Construction Laydown Areas, Gates Closure Matrix and CIP Integrated Program Contribute to GIS system development, collaborating with developers to expand and enhance system capabilities. 7. Maintain all project-related data to minimize construction-related impacts and conflicts within the program. 8. Assist in the maintenance of the CALM SharePoint GIS/ArcGIS Server web portal and application to display, view, and print maps and schedules. 9. Conduct space-time analysis for all terminal construction projects to verify work schedules and locations to alleviate conflicts in the field. 10. Creates and maintains mapping for Airfield, Landside and Terminal Construction 11. Attends project meetings to evaluate time and space conflicts as new phases and projects are incorporated. 12. Collaborates with CIP Global Scheduler for accurate data for CIP projects and non-CIP projects. 13. Utilizes Primavera P6 to create and maintain the Coordination Logistics Schedule and Histogram 14. Maintain Logistic Program Dashboard 15. Proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel 16. Maintain Logistics Management Team SharePoint site 17. Track all costs for airport police support for construction activities 18. The candidate shall pass the federal background check and Badge is required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Geography, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Geography, Urban Planning, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 10 years or more of experience in ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online / Enterprise, including indoor maping and spatial and network analysis. Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, and C++ programming languages. Wage Data Per State Requirements Pay range for this position is $63/hr - $77.70/hr. The starting pay will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
