Expert Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite school-based position to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide evaluation and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, helping them improve their communication skills and academic performance. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Schedule: Onsite Monday Through Friday, 24/25 School Calendar Year Must hold a Master's Degree with a valid license through the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. Individuals in their Clinical Fellowship year are also encouraged to apply as the district is able and willing to provide appropriate supervision. Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Provide training and support to teachers and parents to promote students' communication skills. Maintain a supportive and engaging therapy environment tailored to the students' needs. Participate in meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Experience in a school setting preferred. Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with educational staff and parents effectively. Knowledge of IEP development and implementation. Ability to manage a diverse caseload of students. Benefits Weekly Pay $50-55/hr Dependent on experience
