Responsibilities: Position Summary: Functions as specialist, providing purchasing and inventory management support to a specific area of hospital inventory supply/equipment. Duties include supply chain operations and logistics functions to include receiving, distribution, picking, put-away, product delivery and par/point of use replenishment and stocking as well as input of patient charges as directed. This position also is responsible for working with departmental end users/customers, ensuring an effective and streamlined supply chain experience. Required Qualifications: Recently demonstrated inventory management experience in a retail environment Required Previous cashiering or cash handling experience Required Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Required Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Required Must be available for occasional travel as needed Required Experience in creative store merchandising Required Demonstrated retail experience with the ability to effectively provide information about products and services Required Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Required Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Required
