Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly smile and create a positive first impression. Manage reservations and ensure the smooth flow of seating in the dining area. Provide guests with accurate wait times and manage the waiting list. Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements. Assist with answering phones and taking reservations or to-go orders. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the Delegate's high standards. Proactively engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded during their visit. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate seamlessly with the entire team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Qualifications:

Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written) ? ?
