As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with any questions or requests Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station, including managing menus and promotional materials Collaborate with servers and other team members to coordinate seating and manage guest flow Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications: Qualifications: Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred High school diploma (or equivalent) required At least 18 years of age (unless permitted by law) High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays Who We Are: Thompson Hospitality is the nations largest minority-owned food and facilities management company.
