Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report . # Project Overview: The Cheniere Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Project is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export facility located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay in Gregory, Texas. The 1,000+ acre facility started bulk early works in July 2015 as the first greenfield export facility in the United States. Bechtel has successfully and safely completed construction and it now consists of three operating Trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 15 million tons per year (MTPA), three LNG storage tanks with combined capacity of 480,000 cubic meters of LNG, 2 Jetty superstructures that can accommodate the worlds largest vessels, and dozens of associated buildings and utilities. Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3 (CCL3) is a new phase at the existing CCL facility and will consist of seven midscale liquefaction trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 10 MTPA, and associated infrastructure including utilities. CCL3 will perform all this work predominantly on a direct hire basis with support from only a few specialty and service subcontractors. # Job Summary: The Project Equipment Management System Administrator reports to the onsite Equipment Manager. This individual provides training and support in utilizing the Project Equipment Management System (PEMS) database, an asset management software system used in forecasting, tracking, and estimating of equipment for projects worldwide to the global Bechtel construction jobsite teams. May be in an office supporting project(s) or a site location. Analyzes and interprets data for billing, measurement of utilization, and deployment summaries. Maintains working relationships with project personnel. Maintains contacts with corporate functional departments such as Finance and Project Controls. In this role, you will work on projects to coordinate workforce, material, and equipment requirements. You will set up and deploy project activities related to equipment, prepare field material requisitions, monitor fleet availability and usage, prepare reports and forecasts, and implement policies and procedures. Your work will help ensure quality, compliance, and safety of work, tools, and equipment. Bechtel Equipment Operations, Inc. (BEO), a wholly owned Bechtel affiliate company, functions as the construction equipment asset manager of Bechtel Group and is actively engaged in projects across all business lines. In support of its involvement, BEO uses sophisticated estimating and scheduling systems to assist projects in developing bis proposals, equipment lease versus purchase analysis, tool and consumable utilization forecasts, scaffold estimating and supply, and overall construction fleet utilization plans. #LI-TH1 # Major Responsibilities: + Manage equipment data information and transfers in the database. + Maintain and enhance equipment inventory database functionality by assisting with open program development items and testing. + On or off- site project support scheduling and forecasting as required. + Maintain construction equipment schedules for projects. + Analyze, interpret and generate reports including but not limited to asset management control. + Monitor projects equipment plan/forecast/actuals. + Complete requisitions for parts and equipment as needed. + Manage recommended spare parts lists. + Provide training and technical guidance and assist with project setup as required. **Level 1** + Works on small to medium projects with responsibilities including coordinating workforce, material, and equipment requirements, and organizing the area discipline work with others as designated by supervising superintendent. Roles within this group are equipment admin and Project Equipment Management Systems (PEMS) administrator. + Planning On small to medium projects, monitors the fleet availability and usage. + Leads and reviews the preparation of Field Material Requisitions (FMR), and the data entry needs to facilitate tracking and planning needs for site. + Prepares reports and forecasts, as required, and keeps supervisors informed on progress of overall assigned activities. + Responsible for set up and deployment of small to medium project and home office activities related to equipment + Assists superintendents with the sourcing, deployment, and material and equipment requirements in support of project + Safety and Quality Monitors and ensures that the quality of work performed meets requirements. + Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by BEO management. + Ensures Zero Accident Philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craft and others when in the operational area, and tools and equipment are in safe condition and in safe operational order. **Level 2** + Works on medium projects with responsibilities including coordinating workforce, material, and equipment requirements, and organizing the area discipline work with others as designated by supervising superintendent. Roles within this group are equipment admin, Project Equipment Management Systems (PEMS) administrator and equipment shop administrator + Planning On medium projects, monitors the fleet availability and usage. Leads and reviews the preparation of Field Material Requisitions (FMR), and the data entry needs to facilitate tracking and planning needs for site. + Responsible for set up and deployment of medium project and home office activities related to equipment # Education and Experience Requirements: **Level 1** + Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience # Level 2 + Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience # Required Knowledge and Skills: + Experience in automated systems; intermediate proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite applications, particularly database and scheduling applications. + Advanced experience as database administrator. + Basic knowledge of asset management. + Intermediate knowledge in material and quality control. + Advanced knowledge of Production Management (PEMS, Tool Utilization, and Three Week Look Ahead Schedule). # Additional Information: + Work includes field inspections and the physical ability to conduct field inspections which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress).
